Not too many things get me as excited as a well designed piece of... whatever it might be. In this case, these 2 "hit the spot" quite nicely.

Designed by Broberg & Ridderstråle, this is a king (a sexy one at that) of all the girlls. I personally think that every man (since BBQing is a mans job!) with a good design taste should have one of these. The design obviously speaks for itself and there is just absolutely nothing not to like about this thing because it's so clean and simple. The only feature I would like to see is the ability to use propane as opposed to charcoal, which I'm assuming it uses. On and the price could go down too: € 799. Buy one here: Röshults Grill 120.

Another stunning design. This one comes from a design project MILE that was formed by Bandai Matsuo (acoustic engineer), Kentaro Kai (software engineer) and Kozo Shimoyama (interior designer) while they were still students at the University of Tsukuba (Japan). The clock arms are actually rays of LED lights that are positined inside of the clock frame and even visible during the day. Check out this video of the clock in action which was displayed at Salone Satellite in Milan 2008.
